Who is Dr. Khondoker Monirul Alam

Passionate in Gatro-Liver and Internal Medicine

Welcome to Dr. Monirul’s profile, where dedication to medical excellence meets compassionate care. He began his medical journey at Rangpur Medical College, completing his MBBS in 2011 and a rigorous year-long internship at Rangpur Medical College Hospital. His specialization in medicine started during his tenure as Assistant Registrar of Medicine, where he refined his skills until 2021.

In 2021, he achieved the prestigious FCPS in Internal Medicine from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons, furthering his expertise. He pursued another FCPS degree in Gastroenterology from BCPS. He went for fellowship training in Gastroenterology and specialized endoscopic techniques, including training at Zengzhou Medical University, China, in 2023.

Currently serving as a Consultant in the Gastroenterology Department at Rangpur Medical College Hospital, he brings a wealth of experience in managing a spectrum of gastrointestinal conditions and interventions. His commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through certifications in diabetes management from BIRDEM and his proficiency as an interventional endoscopist.
